Regular Inspections – walk-throughs to check for leaks, damage, or issues.
Arrival Prep – fridge stocked, lights on, heat adjusted, beds ready. I can even fill your fridge with meat, eggs, and vegetables from the same local farms I shop at myself.
Departure Reset – everything cleaned, closed down, and secured after you leave.
Maintenance Coordination – trusted local tradespeople organized on your behalf.
Housekeeping – mid-stay or end-of-stay cleaning arranged to your standards.
In short: you don’t have to think about your house when you’re away, and you don’t have to lift a finger when you’re here.
